    I made this for my wife and kids today and they Loved it. Yummly has made it so simple for me as a dad that works mostly from home, that can make a smoothie very Yummly and be healthy too! Thank God for Yummly!

    Really good and simple. I used frozen bananas that we save for banana bread. I didn't add the honey because the bananas were sweet enough And I added protein powder which also added some sweetness. Delicious!

    A couple changes made it better for me.... You probably do not need the honey... the banana made it sweet enough and with less sugar! Also it's better for diabetics.. I made mine with unsweetened (non-vanilla) almond milk... DELICIOUS, and even more protein and nutrition than milk. I also added some crushed flax seed for a little more bulk, fiber and texture.

    I made it exactly as it was detailed. It was good but the calories are way off. A small banana carries 90 calories, tablespoon of honey is 60, I used unsweetened almond milk which helped to drop the calories but was another 40 calories plus the tablespoon of oats. I would have given it more stars if it were truly 70 calories but that isn't the case.
