Recipe is very simple and quick which is why I tried it. I added in a little ground cinnamon. They did come out flat and texture was more dense than I expected. Banana flavor is good but on the bland side. They could use some sort of glaze to enhance the taste (will try next time since I didn’t have the ingredients handy). I love all things banana so I would recommend this recipe but with some adjustments.

so light, buttery and delicious! i used much less sugar and added cinnamon, coconut milk and vanilla. So yum!
