I baked this for about 18 minutes and it felt nice and firm on the top so I took it out. Didn't need anywhere near 1/4 cup of icing sugar. Turned out the cheesecake layer wasn't fully cooked, nor was the sponge. As I rolled it, the excess, almost runny filling pushed off and the cake cracked a bit. I actually put the roll back in the oven for 10 minutes and it firmed up the overflow cheesecake. Tasted good but didn't bake well for me.
