- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup oat flour (grind your own gluten free oats down to a flour in your food processor I prefer Bob’s Redmill)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cashew milk (I like Silk cashew)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- chopped nuts (1/4 cup)
- vegan chocolate chips (Mini, 1/4 cup)
- blueberries (1/4 cup)
- blackberries (1/4 cup)
