  • 3/4 cup pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter (plus 1 for the skillet)
  • maple syrup

    Directions

    1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well.
    2. Heat the skillet to medium heat, add half a tbsp. of butter. When hot, pour out some butter to form a round shape on the skillet.
    3. Wait one minute, until the pancake starts to bubble, and then flip.
    4. Wait 30 seconds more before removing from skillet.
    5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
