Great- didn’t add sugar...
Substituted flour for almond and coconut flour and only had one banana— so did 1/2 batch and still lots of batter.

Delicious! My family loved these. I also added a hint of nutmeg, cinnamon and a dash of vanilla. Yum!

These turned out amazing. I made pancakes of all sizes and came up with roughly 15 total. I used whole wheat flour and Himalayan pink salt for the extra nutrients/minerals and I will say it worked out beautifully! I LOVE the banana chunks in there, it just works. My husband and I had 3 each, and we have tons of leftovers because I didn’t realize it would make so many. I’m excited to freeze them and have them for breakfast throughout the week!

They were very tasty 👌🏽 I was out of milk so I substituted evaporated milk mixed with heavy cream and only used 2tbsp of sugar We topped our cakes with strawberries and honey instead of maple syrup. I could have halved the recipe for two of us will definitely make again

Loved these. Recipe made 19 pancakes and our small family of 4 ate 16. Will keep this for future breakfasts. Cut the milk down to 1 cup and added more to make the right consistency.

These were too thin for me (too much milk) and I had to top them with raspberries to get any kind of flavor. I typically freeze left overs but will probably give the rest of these to my chickens.
