It taste really good! The only thing is that it can be really hard to flip because the banana doesn't cook very well. Also (well at least in my experience) it doesn't really filled you up but what do you expect? Anyways it tastes great and its a good option that anyone can make!

I will say they were very nice, I added oats in with it. They burn quite easily but nothing bad

Can you ever replace true pancakes? I don’t believe so, but this was pretty close. Two eggs helped the batter to stick together and it didn’t taste like actual pancakes. Maybe add a little salt in the batter for some taste.

Basically I was eating an omelette with a banana taste... I think it would’ve been better if it was only one egg.

Texture was alittle weird, but it's pretty good for just eggs and bananas.

The trick to making these delish pancakes is to use a quality pan and keep the heat very low. If your pan isn’t a good thick metal then your heat should be even lower. Be patient. They take longer to cook than normal. Also, I only use 1 egg to one banana which yields 3 -6” pancakes.
I top with a bit of honey and devour.

These are a complete mess - they stick to the pan and break apart when you try to flip them, even when the other side is cooked to the verge of burning. Took forever just to make 8 pancakes and they left caramelized banana residue on the pan.

Made these this morning for the family OMG those are fantastic first two were a disaster but when I resisted the urge to flip them bingo they came out looking like pancakes Thanks.

Of course they are not going to be fluffy! There's no carbs! Great recipe if you are on the Paleo diet. Love them!

I just try the recipe expecting a banana super healthy pancakes, i didnt like at all, super fluffy texture, and the worst part was the horrible egg taste.

I tried it, its delicious although my bananas are not too ripe it test some how not very sweet as is supposed to be. But I still like it... I will give it a try again.

LOVE THESE! I've been recommending them to everyone. Super easy and really good. I tend to get 6-8 pancakes from each batch

These turned out so much better than expected. I added oats once, just soaked them in the mixture for 20-didn't end up dry at all that way.

These are so easy and very good! They have a very tender texture and are slightly harder to flip than the flour variety, but oh so worth it. Super cheap breakfast when everything gluten-free is trying to put me into the poor house.

I love this recipe! Healthy and tasty! It's so easy and the banana taste is not overwhelming. You don't need flour to plump you up.

I was skeptical as I was cooking them. The finished product was delicious! I added a dash of cinnamon!

Loved them! Super simple and delicious. I added strawberries and used a waffle iron. Will be a regular thing!

Obsessed. I was skeptical it wouldn't turn out well but worked perfectly. I put ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and lavender in it and was delicious.
