    Good pancakes! I still would choose regular pancakes for their flavor, but this recipe is perfect for using extra bananas. I used about 3/4 of a cup of milk, 1 1/2 bananas, a pinch of salt, and added cinnamon. Aim to make the pancakes roughly the size of your palm so that they cook through.

    I followed the directions with the exception of 2 smaller bananas and a pinch of sea salt. It was very good!

    They taste great. Like other people have said, I doubled the bananas and reduced the salt by half. I also added a little cinnamon.

    5 stars for texture but 1 star for flavor. Used twice as much banana as recommended, but ended up with very flavorless pancakes. I second the recommendation to use less salt than suggested.

    Delicious. Modified it a little- one more banana, less milk and less flour . Served with sliced banana and maple syrup. Also great with whipped cream!

    Very good. I added cinnamon too. Not quite as fluffy as some others. Maybe next time hold back a little of the milk.

    These are my favorite pancakes to make. I like that the banana isn’t overpowering. You must top it off with real maple syrup!

    1/2 tsp of salt was WAY TOO MUCH. Good thing I tasted the first cooked pancake - so salty. I had to add much more sugar to salvage the rest of the batter, but the extra mixing made the batter flat. Next time I will omit the salt completely and add more banana.

    I made this because of a pregnancy craving and let me tell you they were freaking delicious I’ll definitely make these again
    It turned out well. They were easy to make. I love it when the end result looks like the photos seen in blog posts. :) They’re even better with whipped cream, strawberries, and a bit of maple syrup.
