Honestly, these are the best banana muffins ever. Instead of eggs, I use applesauce (1/4 applesauce to every 1 egg). My roommates can’t get enough of them. I make them for everything. So so good.

The muffins definitely did not turn out the way they were described, but my son who is less than two years old absolutely loves them every morning for breakfast! I freeze them and defrost them overnight and he still thinks they taste great!
