Use less sugar because ripe bananas are extra sweet. They are also sticky which resulted in sticky, chewy cookies that were somewhat unpleasant. Needed to bake longer to allow them to spread out & develop a golden crisp along the edges which tasted great.

These are absolutely amazing! I did add walnuts. Absolutely amazing!! Soft center and crispy edge! Yummy!

Turned out just as I hoped! Crunchy but chewy, not too much banana, just the perfect amount.😋

I made these two times, first with the sugar. It came out great, second time no sugar, turned them into bar cookies. It was better for me and I loved it!! great recipe!!

They came out pretty good, I like my cookies sweet. I did and slivered almonds and orange soaked cranberries. They smell like the holidays.
Thank you

Very easy. Omitted sugar but found the banana was sweet enough with the brown sugar. I baked this again today and I added 4 spoonfuls of peanut butter and 1 cup dark chocolate chips. Amazing. My husband loved the cookies w add ins.

Really easy and pretty quick to make and cook! Made a batch with pumpkin pie spice, one with dried berries, and one portion regular. All cooked up fluffy and soft. I also added flax seed to give it a little healthy kick. Would be great with any type of nut too.
