These delicious cookies have a lovely, dense texture and a sweet maple glaze. You'll never be able to tell that they are free of refined sugars, gluten and dairy!
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. canela
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups bananas (sliced, approx. 2 bananas)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 2 1/4 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine oats, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, raisins and pecans. Coat with melted coconut oil and set aside.
- In another bowl mash bananas and whisk in the egg and vanilla. Then combine the banana mixture with the oat mixture.
- Drop dough onto an ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 8-12 minutes.
- For the maple glaze, combine maple syrup, cinnamon and corn starch. Drizzle over cooled cookies. Store in an airtight container.
