It was great! Didn’t taste too “healthy” if you know what I mean! Making them again today!

I did modify with a half cup of toasted chopped pecans added to the batter. Overall very tasty considering how healthy they are, though I can't pretend that they don't taste healthy and not particularly indulgent. Perhaps not a kids favorite but a perfectly tasty and decently healthy grownup snack.
