Making this again asap it was the perfect texture and the best muffin recipe I have ever tried!

Great recipe! Followed the recipe for the base of the batter exactly, save for omitting the cinnamon and adding a handful of dark chocolate chips. Topped the muffins off with toasted sunflower seeds before baking. Delicious, filling, goes great with tea or coffee.

Light and fluffy! I also added pumpkin seeds on the top….will make again and cut back on the cinnamon as it was over powering the taste

These are quite good and super easy to make.
I do halve the sugar and skip the cinnamon.
I also add 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds for crunch.
