Not to be that guy but I did add about 1/4 cup of brown/white sugar, as well as a dash of salt, and I think both made the cookies taste a little bit better.

Quick and easy recipe! My three year old daughter and I made these in about 10 minutes with minimal mess. A health delicious cookie!!!

Good and easy to make, but not fantastic. The children didn't care for them. The adults ate them, and would again, but they didn't rave. It's s different texture than most people are used to and not a lot of flavor. I enjoyed them because they are guilt free.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Sorry but even though I baked it for quite some time it might as well been soggy oatmeal on the inside of the cookie. My husband agreed.

I'm not the biggest fan of eating oatmeal, so this was a great way for me to get it into my diet. The consistency is definitely mushier than traditional cookies, but i still enjoyed them. My 8 year old daughter (picky eater) did, too.

They were really good. I added some ground flaxseed to firm them up a little and I definitely baked them for at least 30 minutes. I loved how easy they were to grab anytime and how guilt free they are! I’m going to make a big batch and freeze them.

These breakfast cookies came out delicious! I’ve read the reviews noting the cookies are a tad too moist when fully cooked. So, I baked them for 25 minutes as instructed, flipped the cookies, and baked them in the oven for 6-8 more minutes. The additional bake time helped the outside of the cookie but not so much the inside. I would make this again.

not too bad, i might add maple syrup next time to sweeten a little more, but very easy to make

They taste good and recipe actually made 24 cookies! They don’t get quite as solid as I picture cookies, but they stay in one piece when picked up!

This was a simple recipe that I made for my vegan grandson. It turned out that everyone loved them so I have made made many batches.

they probably work with oatmeal, but the consistency with old fashioned oats is just strange and I had to bake it for about 45 mins to get them to be a bit solid

I Didn't have all ingredients so I substituted part of the oats with almond meal and the applesauce with my daughters smoothie. It turned out really good!

It was really easy to make, but I wasn't a huge fan of them. My toddler wouldnt eat them either. I might try making with peanut butter one more time to see if it is better.

Very good! Easy and ready in no time. Used almonds instead of walnuts and sultanas (golden raisins). Smells great when baking.

It turn so well and it's so tasty!! I love this and I will definitely do it again. I change the walnut for some dry cranberries, blueberry, cherry and raisin. It was so good with all this dry fruit

This recipe was healthy and good. I used whole oats and followed it, but baked it a little longer to get it a little crisper. I would not call it a cookie because it seemed more like a granola wafer. "Cookie" says sweet to me.

So easy and healthy! I always have these ingredients available and perfect as part of the kids breakfast.

Love these! I've made twice and all coworkers with kids wanted the recipe too.
I use a small scoop to make more of a ball and they keep their shape. I also add some vegan protein powder for an energy snack.
