These were a great, healthier snack option to pack up and keep in the fridge at work. I love easier recipes like this which also help cut down on packaging from store-bought snacks. Like others, I found them a bit on the dry side so substituting raisins (I used golden) for the chocolate chips helped with that a bit, and makes them a little healthier too. They could definitely use a bit more sweetness and spice so next time I'll try adding honey or maple syrup, and increasing the cinnamon a bit plus include clove or allspice. These would work well with ground almonds too.

Tasty, but a bit dry. I would try this again but maybe add another banana and a bit of honey. I also added a bit of ginger and cloves, and raisins instead of chocolate chips, gave it a nice flavour.

This is a not too sweet healthy alternative to sugary biscuits. My son & I loved them but my daughter did not.

This was great right out of the oven. The next day was "ok". After that they balls became chewy and rubbery. Not at all pleasant from a texture point of view. They still tasted fine but were generally a turn off after 24 hours.
