Tasty! Admittedly, I changed a few things but it is very good. I substituted milk for sweetened cream of coconut condensed milk. I switched coconut sugar for brown sugar. I added the following: 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp all spice, used a personal ( 1) cup of instant Apple Walnut brand oatmeal bowl which had walnuts and cranberries therein, as well as (2) 1/4 cups of Meyers dark Rum. I added all of my extras to the bowl mixture which the bread soaked in before placing it in 8 x 8 aluminum pan into the oven. This recipe was so easy to follow!
