- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (freshly)
- 1 banana (large ripe, mashed until smooth)
- 1 egg (. lightly beaten)
- 2 cups buttermilk (see note)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, plus more for cooking)
