Great recipe added dried apricot to one loaf and coconut and pineapple to the other

This is my second time making this recipe and i love it! When my bananas start to go brown i put them in the freezer. something about this makes them much more flavorful and then i have them for whenever the urge to make banana bread strikes!
i also add cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of allspice to crank up the flavors. i bake it in 1 pan for about an hour and it turns out great!

I haven't made banana bread in 35 years. This recipe was not only easy, it was delicious.

So yummy! I used half the amount of sugar because if the bananas are cooking ripe it would be too sweet.

This is wonderful. So yummy. The only thing I did different was to bake the whole thing in a bundt pan . Turned out great. Will make again and again. Thank you so much for this recipe.
