- 6 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened, we used low fat cream cheese instead of full fat)
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar (you can also use honey or maple syrup)
- 2 cups mashed banana (about 4 medium bananas, mash 3 1/2 bananas and save half a banana for the top)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups spelt flour (you can also substitute with all purpose flour)
- 2 tsp. Calumet Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans (crushed, you can use any nuts you like)
