I had two overripe (all brown) bananas, so I doubled the recipe and cooked it in a bowl. I probably should have stirred it because it took extra time to set the center. I ended up cutting into quarters and flipping them to finish. I put raisins in the batter instead of sugar, which turned out nice. But it was still bland, so I would recommend adding cinnamon.
