    such an outstanding recipe! I made these twice and they turned out excellent each time. A few alterations that I made: - used 1 C regular flour + 1/2 C quinoa flour - added some walnuts and dark chocolate chips - topped with a sprinkle of oatmeal instead of cinnamon sugar

    Used just a little less than half cup sugar and topped them off with oats instead and they came out moist and yummy. The husband loved them

    Tastes delicious. Didn’t add the baking powder and used 1.5 tsp vanilla extract, Sprayed muffin pan with canola oil spray instead of using cupcake liners. The app I used to track my calories calculated one muffin as 179 calories.

    Yum! XD I added chopped date’s instead of brown sugar and 1/3 cup steel cut oats for extra fibre!

    Truly the best banana muffins ever..light in texture and moist! The cinnamon and nutmeg give it an added surprise of flavour. I will make these over and over!!
