  • 150 grams yogurt
  • 120 grams margarine
  • 120 grams brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 150 grams flour

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Peel the bananas and smash with a fork.
    3. Mix the bananas, cereal, yogurt, margarine, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, and flour.
    4. Pour into greased muffin pan and bake for 30 minutes.
    5. Let them cool and sprinkle with superfine sugar and serve.
