I made these while I was cooking dinner. I put them in the oven before I put the strudel on the top by mistake. I managed to add the strudel halfway through baking and the muffins still turned out great! I add a few chocolate chips and walnut bits in. Will definitely make these again

Turned out great!!! I mashed the bananas before mixing the egg and sugar in. I put the brown sugar in with the white sugar not realizing the brown sugar was for the streusel. So I ended up skipping the streusel and put it in the oven for 19 minutes, when it came out I put a tablespoon of butter in a small bowl, microwaves it so it was melted, mixed a bit of cinnamon in the butter and brushed the mixture on top after they came out the oven. Still turned out great!!!

Delicious! I got rave reviews from the whole family! I followed the recipe very closely - my difference was using 4 bananas, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a splash of almond milk (probably a tablespoon) to thin the batter just enough to make it pourable, and also added blueberries.

Great-I made two separate batches. I gifted one to a dear friend who is in the hospital and kept one for another friend who will be coming over this week. My batches did make 12 muffins each. I suspect that perhaps the muffin tins might vary slightly. I kept about three to try ourselves.
My friend in the hospital who hasn’t had an appetite for anything gobbled at least half of one right down!! She claimed it was delicious!!!

Wonderful, simple recipe. Whole family ate them, even my daughter who usually only eats the sugary tops of muffins ate the entire thing. Great banana flavor!

Fabulous! The recipe easily made a dozen and I made a bit more streusel for the top to cover all 12!
