I made this for a demonstration of Saba banana. Everyone loved it. It was the most successful demonstration ever. People especially loved the coconut caramel sauce! Even a lot of Filipino coworkers told me this was so authentic and they asked for the recipe ( i gave them the URL of this recipe).
It's hard to find Saba banana in Japan but I guess i can substitute it with regular banana? Anyways I loved this so much. Thank you for the great recipe!
