  • 3 bananas (large ripe, cut into chunks)
  • 5 ounces baby kale (fresh, or spinach)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free oat flour (certified, I make my own in the food processor using GF rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (you can reduce this down to 1/3 cup if you want to reduce the sugar....they are just a bit less sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
