This is the first recipe I’ve made where my husband was not keen about it. The dish came out tart. I’m thinking I may have over-cooked the sauce, as with brown sugar it’s hard to gauge and varies differently from a standard caramel. I believe my bananas were maybe a wee ripe as well.
