- 1/2 cup dried fruit (choice, raisins, chopped dates, chopped apricots, dried currants, dried blueberries etc.)
- 1/2 cup nuts (choice, pistachios, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts etc.)
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain)
