As an amateur baker this was a little overwhelming at first. But after breaking the steps down it wasn’t difficult at all. Make sure you prepare this receipe the day before you need the pie. Take your time with the custard it’s totally worth it! The flavors are on point and it’s soooo impressive once it’s done. Definitely one of my new favs. Perfect light airy dessert!

This was the most successful custard I've ever made. It was so delicious my husband almost ate the whole thing without me. He was on slice 2 before I'd even finished the first one. Amazingly easy and yummy!

so simple and yet amazingly delicious. I used cook and serve vanilla pudding instead of the basic pudding ingredients and it turned out really good. Thank you for your recipe. It inspires to create and experiment.

Lovely! I had to substitute gf flour and it still worked well. I used gf snickerdoodle cookies instead of vanilla wafers.
