    I didn’t make the graham cracker crust. I simply put 2 sliced bananas in the bottoms of four bowls and topped with the pudding. I cut back on the sugar by 1/4 of a cup and it was still sweet enough. I topped with graham cracker crumbs.

    Use caution if you choose to puree some extra banana to add to the pudding mixture. The pudding won't set. Still tasted good.
