Really lovely! I did add a little orange zest and the juice of 1/2 an orange and walnuts. Also, I had no veg oil so I substituted Crisco butter shortening. This recipe plus my add ins made one loaf and 12 muffins. Both are excellent

Great! The cranberries are a perfect tart addition. I replaced the vegetable oil with butter but I'm sure it would be delicious with coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
