SUPER YUMMY! Instead of using all-purpose flower, i used whole wheat. Not sure if it makes much of a difference consistency wise but I ended up adding about 1/2 more than what the recipe said because the batter was super sticky. 10 minutes was the perfect amount of time to bake, however, they don’t spread out much in the oven so I’d advise flattening them a little bit

So delicious! Everyone loved them! Word of advice, they never really look like they’re done because they’re so dense but 10 mins was perfect for me. Will make again!

Personally, I don't really like bananas and I thought that the other ingredients would mask the bananas, but they don't. I think it's a good recipe, my mom liked it, but it's just not for me. It was worth a try though, I recommend trying it and seeing if you like it or not.
