Nice & light the first day and flavor was very good. Since there are only 2 of us, it lasted a couple of days and the banana mixture made the bottom layer heavy and way too moist.

Turned out amazing! Huge it with family and friends. For the non-nut-eaters, I substituted white chocolate chips for the walnuts. We love this recipe!!

Absolutely fantastic! I used stevia in place of the granulated sugar in the batter and toasted my walnuts before chopping them up. Served it with a bit of whipped cream and it was a huge hit in my house. I am definitely going to be making this again!
