  • 1 tablespoon tapioca pearls
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 bananas
  • 10 grams roasted peanuts

    Directions

    1. Heat the water in a saucepan until boiling, add the coconut milk, tapioca, sugar and salt.
    2. Cook everything for about 5 minutes.
    3. Cut the bananas into 1 cm thick pieces, add them to the mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
    4. Grind the roasted peanuts.
