  • 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons rum extract
  • 4 bananas (large overripe, I like to mash half, and slice the other half. This way you get yummy bits of bananas throughout the loaf!)

    I didn’t have the Rum extract so used 1 cup of rum. My wife loves it. Glad the kids are now out of the house. Won’t share this at work or Church!
