- 1/2 tsp. soda (bicarb)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup natural yoghurt (thick, or coconut yoghurt)
- 150 grams dark chocolate (roughly chopped, or ⅓ cup cacao nibs or ¾ cup raisins or ¾ blueberries)
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- dark chocolate (finely chopped)
