Muffin was moist inside and crispy outdoor. Great recipe. Will make this again. Some adjustments I made: Added a little more butter as the sugar and butter did not whip up well.. Also baked the an extra 5 minutes so the toothpick can come out clean (not sticky).

These turned out great! Fluffy and delicious. They rose beautifully and kept their shape. Maybe next time I’ll add nuts.

Just made these tonight & OMG they're amazing! I made it exactly as written with no changes. They're light, fluffy & super moist. I love the texture! And make sure you do the oven temp trick, it makes all the difference in the appearance. Made 22 reg size muffins. Thank you!

Easy recipe. I like the idea of doing 5 min at 425 then turning it down. It worked! They are fluffy! Delish.
