- non stick spray (either canola or baking)
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature, go figure)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups bananas (mashed very ripe, about 4 large)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips (save some for the top of cake)
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature, again)
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
