The recipe doesn't specify pan size so I used a standard 15"x11" cookie sheet, which was perfect. 1 cup of chips was a little light so I doubled that, with 1 C chocolate and 1 C peanut butter chips. They turned out fine but a little cakey. I prefer a more dense bar so next time I'll probably reduce the baking powder to 1 or 1.5 tsp instead of 2. Great recipe to use up overripe bananas.

Very yummy! So moist with great banana flavor. I did need to cook mine for 30 minutes, but my oven is finicky.
