The batter was very sticky so putting in fridge helped. My kids didn’t like them because they were moist to the point of stickiness. Maybe should’ve made 1/3 of the batch to try it out.

I would like to rename these “Banana Bread Babies” because they’re just like banana bread...but smaller. Maybe I did something wrong, but mine came out very bread like. But delicious! And you can eat the dough without worry because there are no eggs!

Turned out great! Kept a close eye on them as they baked and the cookies turned out crunchy on the edges and soft and fluffy in the middle - very tasty!
