- 1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (natural, unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup almond meal (we used Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour (we used Let's Do Organic Coconut Flour)
- dark chocolate (1/4 c chopped, or chips, 70% or greater)
