Moist and delicious. A little on the fluffy side. would have liked it a little more dense. but then again it was a banana cake not bread. Would make again.

The taste is great but the bottom of the cake is mushy I can see the banana’s at the bottom. I’m not sure why, do you have any suggestions?
The thought I followed the recipe to the T, I only us3d 2 banana’s. The only thing I might have slipped up on is I didn’t measure the lemon juice so I could hav3 add3d more than a teaspoon. Anyway I’m going to try it again in a week or so.

I turned this into muffins. Made 16 muffins. Added a small grated zucchini, reduced milk to 3/4 cup and sugar to 1/2 cup. I used 3 very overripe bananas. Baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Tasted light, fluffy and delicious!

Amazing!!!! I added walnuts which made it even yummier!!! but it took about 30 minutes in my oven so check it after the first 25 minutes if your oven is strong.

Im not a fan of banana anything but my daughter is. I reduced the amount of sugar to about half because bananas are sweet
