Just made this last night. It was incredible! I used 1 cup of brown sugar instead of regular. Even my pickiest little one ate it and LOVED it. Fabulous recipe. FYI, I used canola oil.

Fantastic! Made a couple of my own changes. 3/4 cup of olive oil instead of 1/2. Added one extra egg and 1 cup of brown sugar.
