This is wonderful! I didn't have cinnamon or vanilla essence, so I added allspice and ginger powder. It's just as moist and delicious, better than shop bought banana bread by a mile!

Absolutely gorgeous, I particularly made this as my daughter is vegan, I however eat everything. It is moist and soft and very moreish. It didn't last very long as we ate it as soon as it was cool!
