Yummmmm… Took all my will power to put the mix in the oven, as I could have eaten it all precooked. The icing was also really really good - different than doing normal icing. Best thing I've cooked for a long time. Definately worth cooking - they disappeared very quickly at my workplace.

They were moist and delicious! I left off one star because the buttercream frosting was a bit too sweet for most of us, the second time I made half without frosting and they were just as delicious. Also the recipe says it serves 24 which would be two dozen but all three times I've made it the batter only yields 12/one dozen. Otherwise they're a hit every time! Oh and I've actually used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream once and it was fine.
