- 2 eggs (flax, 2 T ground flax, mixed with 6 T warm water)
- 3 bananas (very ripe, reserve 1/3 of one for topping)
- 1 cup non dairy milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup walnuts (crushed)
- coconut oil (for greasing)
