    Awesome! Light, fluffy and very moist. It is delicious and easy to make too. This is now going to be my go to banana bread recipe. As usual I used less than half the sugar and I loved it.
    It turned out great although I will add some spice to it next time and maybe some nuts

    Nice easy metric recipe to follow I used gluten free flour turned out just as good as using all purpose flour.my kids now make it for me.thanks for the recipe

    i love the recipe but i always add at least a 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon of allspice and 1/8 teaspoon of cloves and a handful or 2 of walnuts. the other thing ive done is instead of putting the spices straight in make it into a swirl with a bit of butter and brown sugar after all the ingredients have been folded together

    It was amazing! And deliciously fantastic! Ee dident have baking powder buut we just added 3 times the amount of baking soda so it still worked perfectly! :] I reccomend everybody to try this out:D

    Great. Definitely make a swirl from butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, and barely fold it in at the very end. I also put 1 tbsp cinnamon in the dry ingredients.

    I have used this recipe for years (passed down from my grandma)! I will use sour cream and vanilla yogurt interchangeably, however, I decrease the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup and omit vanilla when using yogurt. Also, I bake in muffin cups instead of loaf pan reducing the cooking time to 20 minutes.

    Turned out awesome. Added chopped pecans and chocolate chips. I’ve made it twice now. Didn’t have sour cream, so I used buttermilk. Turned out beautifully!!

    I usually use a little milk and vinegar, instead the sour cream sounds delish. Of course I noticed after I tossed it in the oven that I put 1 teaspoon of Baking soda and a 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder instead of paying attention. O well I’ll know in an hour.

    Easy to make and enjoyed by both my 10 yo and 12 yo kids and my husband. I go lighter in the sugar and replace some of white flour with 2/3 whole wheat flour (and sometimes part flax meal) with equally great results.
