Excellent! Recommend leaving it in the oven at 350 for an hour and fifteen minutes, not an hour.

I always add vanilla to the recipe but everything else is the same... and delicious!!!

Easy and delicious. I like mine with a little more spice so I added a dash of nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. I had an extra ripened banana and I threw that in also. I took your advise and watched it carefully for the last 15 min - It cooked for about 50 min and came out perfect. For me this recipe made enough for a regular size loaf and 2 small loaf pans. My family and friends loved it. Will definitely make again.

Wasn’t a fan. It turned out way too dense for my liking but the flavor was good.

Loved this recipe. Super easy, turned out great. The second time I made this, it toppled over my loaf pan. I didn’t add anything, didn’t do anything differently that I know of. Any suggestions?

Quick and easy. Wasn’t that sweet but sweet enough. Moist nice texture, I added raisins. I will make it again!

Tasted great and was really easy and quick. The top was nice and crispy, while the inside was soft and moist

Absolutely the yummiest banana bread I have ever made. Recipe was extremely easy and I added a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top to have a cinnamon crust! Delicious 5 stars for sure :)

cut down on the sugar because the banana is already sweet. turned out great!

This was very easy and tastes delicious. I had to bake about an hour and 15 minutes but the bananas I used were on the large side. Maybe I should have used 3 1/2.

Really excellent. I bring the middle to 170 - 175 F, pull from oven & cover for 10 mins, and it will coast to nearly 190, leaving a just softer-than-done center. I like it just a touch squishy in the middle, Paul Hollywood would not approve.

Totally making this again i put peanut butter on top

This is a great simple recipe with wonderful results! I only had two bananas so I halved the recipe and prepared in large muffin tins. I don't have sugar in the house so I substituted 1 tsp. stevia and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder in place of the sugar. This resulted in a great banana-ful cakey muffin. Will definitely use again as it was so simple!

First time I ever made banana bread was last week and it came out so perfectly that I made it again today. Great, easy recipe. I added cinnamon and vanilla extract and sprinkled brown sugar all over the top which gave it a delicious crust. Love it!

This came out great. I added 30% more butter and left some chunks in the banana mash. It came out really soft in a small Bundt pan.
    Very moist. Loved it
