my favorite recipe! i have been making this delicious banana bread for a while now and even made it once without eggs (my husband hates eggs flavor) and i uses brown sugar instead of white and always comes out perfect!

Very moist. Not too sweet. Simple and easy to make. I only had 3 bananas on hand and it turned out great. Also added walnuts and vanilla extract.

Made two batches, one with gluten free flour and one with regular AP. Subbed white sugar for brown and baked in a muffin tin for about half an hour, and resulted in moist, flavorful, banana bread. I’ll be coming back to this recipe in the future!

Perfect recipe! I sifted my flour and baking soda to make sure I wouldn’t end up with any baking soda clumps, and added 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries (thanks to another reviewers suggestion) and sprinkled brown sugar generously on top. I tossed the berries in flour before adding the to make sure they wouldn’t sink to the bottom and it turned out perfectly. The brown sugar made a lovely crystallized crust, and the loaf rose beautifully. Can’t wait to serve it!

I didn’t have a loaf pan. So I made this recipe in an 8x8 square pan, baked at 325F for 40min, and it turned out PERFECTLY! Very moist and delicious! Not to mention my house smelled heavenly! Highly recommend this banana bread recipe! Simple and LOVED IT!

So easy and tasteful!!! Because it was the first time I was making it I added vanilla also for that extra aroma. I baked it less than an hour around 50 minutes. Next time I might add cinnamon and walnuts. Tip: try it with peanut butter... just heaven!!!

I’ve made this so many times...it’s a perfect recipe. Now, I add about a cup and a half of blueberries to the batter (amazing!!) and brown sugar on top. A family favorite!!

Good, but not the best. Not enough banana flavor. And the inside is a bit too soft and not firm enough.
