added some cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. used cream instead of buttermilk. tated really good.

Tasty and crisp! But 350 for 1 hour 9 minutes was too long for mine … next time I will cook a little less and take photos. 😀 2022 update: made a double batch and did loafs and muffins; cooked to internal temp of 200 degrees; it was delish!

great recipe but I think the calculations are a little off if you try to do more than 10 servings.
