Delicious!! I tried it the first time with All Purpose flour because that’s all I had and it was good. I tried it again with the whole wheat flour and it was even better. I have been trying lots of banana bread recipes and this is definitely one of my favorites (if not my favorite). The fact that it’s healthier is a nice bonus.

I added an equal amount of nutmeg and vanilla to the recipe along with the cinnamon and it was a very good addition. I found that by doubling all ingredients you can make 2 loaves.

this was great... we did a double batch and got 3 smallish loaves out... added a little peaty whiskey to it as well to give it a slight smokiness. wow!!!

I made with white whole wheat flour, 3 large bananas, and no sour cream. I added a bit more milk. This is a soft banana tasting bread that I wish make again.

Seriously, the BEST banana bread I’ve ever made. I’ve been baking for decades and have made a LOT of banana bread. This is my new go to recipe. Thanks!

Turned out great I know to wait 24-hours because banana bread is one of those items that taste better with a little wait time But I found my son cut a small piece 😉 anyway Yummy 👍🏻

It was absolutely delicious! I replaced the sour cream with vanilla yogurt and it still turned out amazing. Definitely going to make again!

I had to bake 65 minutes but it is perfection! Soft and pillowy, extremely delicious! I didn’t change any of the recipe 🍌🍞

Very yummy! I love reading the reviews that add ideas to the recipes. I replaced the milk and sour cream with buttermilk, it was what I had on hand and it worked great. I was short by one banana and still came out good. Its a favorite in our house!

Absolutely delicious. I added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract to the batter. Also, after greasing the loaf pan, coat it with sugar instead of flour for a slight, sweet crunch on the outside.
