Made for the first time and was delicious! Easy to half the recipe ingredients (didn’t have enough for full cup of bananas) and came out great. Couldn’t stop eating this it was so good!
Making a second time with full amount/as directed.

Great base recipe but my family didn’t find it sweet enough. Next time will add more banana and substitute brown sugar for white sugar. I also think the salt could be cut in half or just a bit less.

Made this with my 4 year old granddaughter, she loved making it and loves eating it even more!

Turned out great! Made it into muffins and added some walnuts to half the batter. My husband and kids loved them! Baked the muffins for 25-30 minutes.

I made this recipe as directed, even with the lemon juice, and it turned out to be the best banana bread I’ve ever made! I added a handful of chocolate chips and baked for 65 minutes because I have an older oven, but wow! Absolutely delicious!

Light and fluffy as promised. Family loved it! The fresh lemon juice was the catalyst to the flaky texture. Plant butter was substituted without giving up any taste.

It turned out great. I added a teaspoon of granulated coffee & butterscotch chips too!

I have done this recipe many times because it is easy and you really can’t mess it up I put some nutmeg in this time

Very good. Burned a bit in my oven and hard to get the time exactly right, but otherwise delicious

Comes out great, I always add 1 cup of semisweet choco chips. Best way to use up overly-ripe bananas.

It makes for a superb breakfast, snack, and dessert. I use this recipe regularly

Turned out nice. I did use whole wheat flour and added 1/2 cup apple sauce. I also added mini chocolate chips since my hubby only eats banana bread if it involves some kind of chocolate. Ha ha!

Again a fabulous recipe from Jenn I must confess.however, that I used brown sugar instead of white it was just delicious

I love this recipe. However, I used erythritol instead of sugar to eliminate the glycine issue and only used 1/4 cup and then added a 1/4 cup of flaked coconut and a 1/2 cup of walnuts I also, on a lark, added 1/2 tsp. of caramel flavoring and it had a subtle effect that was kind of a creamy aftertaste (for lack of a better phrase) I like my banana bread less sweet and this was perfect.

Staple at my house. I add wheat germ and chia seeds and my kids love it.

This by far is the best banana bread recipe ever. It smelled like banana pudding while cooking.
